[The feed begins with a man reclined back, face hidden under the brim of a large hat.]
You know, it was not so long ago that if you had told me there were fairies and hobgoblins that I would have simply laughed at the idea. But I suppose this just goes to show how crazy and unpredictable the world can be yes? To think that a man can do much compared to such beasts and monsters that you would hear in children’s fairy-tales is almost like a joke.
[Bernadotte grins, letting out a bit of a laugh as he leans forward and tips the hat to show his face.]
But it is the moment those scary things begin to underestimate a man that he manages to surprise them and win. Despite all of it the hero keeps from pissing his pants long enough to stand up to anything that comes at him until he either wins or goes down in a blaze of glory. That is the kind of life that I wanted to live. It is the kind that I did live you could say, fighting off monsters to save a sweet girl.
Now to get to live in such a story book, it's rather disappointing compared to what I imagined as a little boy. I had expected to get a horse and some shiny armor, a sword and some flashy speech from some king or queen. Instead I find a mess a hall as crowded as the barracks or a battle field and greasy food.
I suppose in the stories they leave those part out. The parts about a lumpy mattress and nothing but cold water. But that part is what make it real, this world that we're in now, all the things that are left out in those fairy tales, and yet it is still quite magical all the same.
It would be a shame for it to end.

Alright, so I am aware that revolver with only three shots left will not be of much help here and that bullets and ammunition are not to be expected anytime. The same I guess could be said for mines, AK-74s or C4 and other things. But my question is this, what is it that we do have to work with?
I have been idle long enough to realize that things are rather different but if Seras is going to be out there I might as well get off my ass as well. Besides I have a debt that I still have to pay off since my last job was never quite finished before I came here.
