So much has happened in the last few days and I've been a little busy. Is there anything I can do for anyone? I can travel fast, heal, brew potions for sleeping and nursing. Please, let me know. I want to do what I can to make sure we're all safe an taken care of.

[ is that message meant to make her friends worry less? luke thinks she needs a lesson or two about communication if she believes that is meant to ease his worry. it sparks it, driving it to gnaw away at him as the fear of hearing kronos and seeing his mother wither before his eyes had done so. but it's not a familiar feeling as the fear had been, it ticklish against his skin, as this almost burns it to expose his muscle. answering her as to what she missd is the one question he'll promptly and purposefully ignore. no one needs to know about his trauma. he doesn't wish to burden anyone, especially her — she's been through enough as it is. ]

Rule #1 of being a martyr: Don't overexert yourself.

[ Hermione isn't exactly a professional when it comes to not worrying people - she's far better at doing the worrying, honestly, and there's not much she can do to smother this when she's entirely focused on the fact that she has things to catch up on even as the spell drains her magic. The sigil is hidden, now, deep in the basement of her house, and she can breathe and focus on something else - namely Luke. ]

I'm not overexerting! I promise. If I didn't think I could do it I'd have handed it over to someone else. And I promise my heart isn't going anywhere - it's just... Funny feeling. That's all. Fit as a fiddle, really.

I'm not sure anything that requires you sleep for a week is very helpful, but then again I am generally not over fond of things I do not understand.

As well as can be expected with those damned mutts running around and causing problems. I've been asked to help with the rebuilding of the city here, specifically the gates.

I'd try and offer some help but I'm not sure I could get over there to be of any use. Are they dangerous? No one's hurt too badly, are they?

They're...upsetting most of the population, if nothing else. Haven't heard of anyone getting hurt, though.

I fear to ask what it is exactly that you have done, that the result is as you speak of.

Upsetting how? I can't imagine they're telling sad stories.
