The air shifted around them, illusions settling into place of the clansmen, the ones that had watched her best their young lords and shook their head in disgust. Angus' whinny makes her shake her head as his presence snaps her out of it, steadying her breathing and trying not to panic.

Now that she knew they weren't real, her resolve steeled, fingers gripping around the pommel of her sword as the illusion of the clansmen disappeared, leaving the dogs.]
