Hey. So, I'm looking for a few things. Or, uh, one thing and two people.

[all pretty important, if the slight waver in his tone in anything to go by. for all that he's meant to be some flawless, fearless hero, some things actually do bother him, missing friends and precious objects included.]

So, first is a friend of mine, Annabeth Chase. Tall, curly blonde hair, gray eyes. She was here at the welcome feast, but she wasn't in great shape, and none of us have seen her in a while. The lockets aren't reaching her for some reason.

And then Luke's missing too. He's the guy who snagged the Dara, maybe in his twenties with sandy blond hair and a scar on his face. We know he ran off somewhere -- and apparently stole a flying chariot drawn by flaming horses to do so, so if you've seen that kinda thing...y'know. Let me know. And if you're seeing this, Luke, please let us know where you are.

[jason's worried about you, okay. also he had a very angry clarisse ready to break down his door over her stolen chariot so yeah maybe speak up before someone else gets murdered on your behalf.]

Besides them, I lost something during that whole incident with the Kow. It's an old photo strip, pictures of Annabeth and Luke when they were younger with another girl.

[his sister, to be more specific, but he's not sure he can explain that to a network of strangers and still keep it together. he'd already lost her once before, and silly as it probably is, he's kinda felt like he had to keep that picture with him all the time just so he couldn't ever risk forgetting her again.]

So...yeah. If you found anything or anyone, please let me know? Or just come see me or something. I'm gonna be down at the training grounds today, so I guess this can just double as an open invitation to spar or practice or whatever. For the Seelie folk at least -- sorry, everyone else.

[he makes a motion like he's about to put the locket away before stopping, as if suddenly remembering something. he fusses with the settings for a bit (and at this point it cuts out for the unseele side) and pulls out a small cordial of a golden liquid.]

Oh yeah, by the way, boons came in and I guess it's worth asking, just in case: anyone else here something that could be considered a demigod? Since I already found one from another world, I figure there's a chance for more, and it's worth knowing who can handle a few drops of nectar if they really need it.

((ooc: feel free to treat this as an action post if you just want to do training things! he'll be up for sparring with or teaching anyway, and can be found in the training grounds at caer glaem getting out some pent-up frustration on his own.))

Well, I definitely haven't seen any flaming chariots around. Wow, maybe I should start paying more attention around here. That would've been pretty cool. [ Not quite air bison cool, but cool enough. Wait. Attention span, rein it in. ]

Oh! I did find a photo strip, though! Kind of turned up in a drawer. And it sounds like a match?

I'm sure Clarisse would be happy to [show it off] show it to you when she's got it back.

[if the way he immediately leans in to the locket is any indication, you've definitely got his attention.]

[ actually, jason, she got it back about a week ago. haven't you noticed the giant dogs that seem to follow her everywhere? ]

I do have it back. You really haven't been paying attention, have you, Grace?

[ she almost wishes she didn't have it back, though, because luke sending it back to her in one piece makes things complicated. can she really keep holding it over his head when he returned it (and even within the two weeks she'd threatened him with)? but who is she kidding, she probably will anyway, just as she holds everything else over his head. ]

[he's been distracted okay. also is it really necessary to have those things follow you everywhere, i mean really...]

I guess not. At least you don't have to wait to show it off, then.

[see? good all around. clarisse can let bolin ooh and ahh over her chariot, and hopefully this means she won't be trying to kill luke or anyone else in his stead.]

[ yes, it's completely necessary. though, really, it's just polemos and achlys who follow her everywhere. the girls tend to stay back in her room and guard her things, while the boys keep trying to sniff out luke's scent. they got attached, apparently. ]

If you ever wanna go for a joyride, just let me know.

Yeah, sure, man. [ Bolin lets his locket drop while he goes to retrieve the photo from the drawer in question. It seemed better to leave it there, where it stood less of a chance of... getting ruined by various animals or bending incidents. If this turns out to be a match, that means he won't have to hit the network about it himself, which he figures is nice. Once he's got it, he'll re-sort his locket out and hold it up for viewing. ] Is this what you're looking for?

[if the way the tension just immediately rushes out of his shoulders and jaw is any indication, it certainly is.]

Hey, great! Wow, that's like a bonus. I like giving people their stuff and being a hero, so it all works out. [ Seems pretty cut and dry to him. ] Want me to run it down to the training grounds? I've got time.
