video; seelie/unseelie

[ when Elsa clicks the feed on, the camera isn't focused on her, but on a little itty baby fox kit that looks very much like this, but with pure ( snow ) white fur, much like this. she's just a wee little thing, standing at Elsa's feet, and just- waiting. tail wagging, ears perked. and when she yips it's just this little tiny sound, excited and pleased and-

oh god, Elsa has no idea how to take care of her, she just loves her so much already, and that's clear by her tone when she finally speaks up.

Hello, everyone. As you can see, I have a new friend! Which, I know, it's probably silly to address you all about this, but I've never had a pet before and I am rather happy to have her around. The only problem is that I've had her for over a day and I'm still not sure what to call her. [ she turns her locket to face her now, expression hopeful ] I was hoping I could get suggestions from all of you, if you wouldn't mind.

[Manages a grin likewise. Still with a little tensing, if his voice is a little looser and higher.]

-- I'm Anthony. Also of the Seelie... court. The -- pleasure is mine. [It's an odd thing to put quite that way, still, member of a court, as opposed to drafted into a fight.

On that note, however...]

Are you a -- "Shard-Holder", as well? [Straying, flat inflection. Tacked on:] My lady. [Not that he's seen many if anyone in the court, let alone the lockets, who isn't who looks by all accounts human, but one can always be surprised; what's more she seems more suited than a load of the others, somehow.]

You're not... of the court - long, though. Are - are you?

[He'd nearly left it off at the dash, but that'd be useless reiteration seeing as that much was just confirmed.]

No -- I mean no disrespect; it's only that you... seem...

[Au contraire, on disrespect, but he can't quite pin how to elegantly say what he does have in mind.

Really, it's not to do specifically with the Seelie court at all.]

...Suited, to a place like this.

O-or that presents itself, the way Caer Glaem does. [The truth is he is conscious that saying that is sort of polite flattery, the way it's meant, and there's an uncertain tensing in his keeping on a smile.]
