[ when Elsa clicks the feed on, the camera isn't focused on her, but on a little itty baby fox kit that looks very much like this, but with pure ( snow ) white fur, much like this. she's just a wee little thing, standing at Elsa's feet, and just- waiting. tail wagging, ears perked. and when she yips it's just this little tiny sound, excited and pleased and-

oh god, Elsa has no idea how to take care of her, she just loves her so much already, and that's clear by her tone when she finally speaks up. ]

Hello, everyone. As you can see, I have a new friend! Which, I know, it's probably silly to address you all about this, but I've never had a pet before and I am rather happy to have her around. The only problem is that I've had her for over a day and I'm still not sure what to call her. [ she turns her locket to face her now, expression hopeful ] I was hoping I could get suggestions from all of you, if you wouldn't mind.

[ Elsa makes an "AWW" face, but manages to keep it in ]

Siku would be such a precious name, though. And she does enjoy playing in the snow, don't you, little one? Yes, yes. [ wooooops there's the babyanimal voice for a moment. Elsa waves her hand and gives her a light flurry to prance around in, the flakes melting before they hit the carpet of her room ] Is there a word for playful, maybe? Or gentle?

[ it's really exciting to see elsa using her power so freely, remembering the first time she addressed them on the network. ]

The one for 'playful' is pretty long [ and complicated ] but "Anana" means 'beautiful.' "Pukiq" is 'smart', and "Sakari" is 'sweet', then there's "Quvianuq" for 'joy'... [ but she smiles, quirking an eyebrow. ] But my favorite's always been "Atka." That means 'guardian spirit.'

Sakari... Oo, Atka is very pretty too.

[ she laughs ]

Perhaps she'll have a long name, like old royalty. Duchess Atka Siku Sakari Lula, of Caer Glaem.

Is that how royalty is named where you're from? [ the grin on her lips is easy; relaxed. ] Back home they're either referred to by one name or their titles.

A long, long, long time ago, royalty had very long, long, long names like that, yes. But now we generally just go by our first name, followed by the name of our kingdom. So I'm just- Queen Elsa, of Arendelle. [ apparently nobody has last names. ] ... So yes, it sounds very much like how it works where you're from, too.

You know, if the Water Tribes had rulers instead of chieftains, I'm sure you would've made a great one.
